Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to Aristotle at Afternoon Tea (“Aristotle”).  This privacy policy discloses our privacy practices and how we may use the information that we gather on our website, https://www.aristotleatafternoontea.com/ (the “Site”), or that you provide to Aristotle through other means.  By using the Site or voluntarily providing personal information to us, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.  Aggregate or combined data is collected from online and offline facilities (i.e. Wix platform) and may be used to enhance the ability of Aristotle to communicate with you and to support the Site.

Aristotle does not rent, sell, or share personal Information about you with nonaffiliated companies or their employees, except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Do Not Track

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services.  At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, ARISTOTLE and the Site do not recognize DNT.

Cookies Policy

Children’s Privacy

Aristotle does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.  If Aristotle learns that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).  If you become aware of any personally identifiable information we have collected from children under 13, please contact us using the information below.
